Now Honeywell Security Solutions R&D is offering opportunities for Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities:

You will take role as Hardware Engineer, using your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of security smart device products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Responsibilities will include:

· Develop smart device product & platform and communicate with global team

· Take active part in intrusion / access commercial new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, detail design, testing and debugging

· Take ownership on intrusion / access project maintain.

· Component library creation, cost saving idea

· BOM creation and Agile release

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor/Master degree with 3+ years on computer Science, EE or Communication.

· At least 3-years solid experience HW designing;

· Knowledge / experience on high speed digital and analog circuit performance test and reliability test.

· Mentor graphic simulation, schematic design, PCB layout experience is preferred;

· Good English/Chinese communication skill is necessary;

· Good team spirit;

· Open mind and fast learning.

· Team player with passion and zeal to do whatever it takes for business success with a keen sense of urgency and strong drive

· Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results

Required Education:

Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Engineering or related.

Master Degree with 211 / 985 university background is preferred.

This position will be based in Xi’an PRC
